About me
Life’s short.
Live passionately.
With 25 years experience behind me, I have seen plenty of changes in the photographic industry. I have failed at times but I have had my victories too. After a 10 year break from the industry I am back looking for another opportunity to prove myself. I have worked around the world in this industry from Australia, New Zealand to the USA and the Bahamas and feel I still have things to offer. I class myself as Old school surviving in the new world.
The first step is the most important. It is the most crucial and the most effective as it will initiate the a direction you have chosen.
My journey
It is action that creates motivation
To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.
The old school photographer out there can pin point the moment they became hooked on the photographic process, be it the click of the shutter, how it felt winding on the film, or the smell of photographic bleach in the dark, we all fell in love at that moment. I can’t answer for the digital generation, but there must have been something similar for them to get hooked.
Knowing you look at the world from a slightly different angle to most people is the first sign you are a creative. Learning how to capture that is up to you in what ever form you like. Thats what can get you hooked!
